Blueberry Smoothie Bowl
Freeze and blend your fresh berries and add all the fun toppings.
What You’ll Need:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2/3 cup frozen cauliflower pre-riced
2/3 cup frozen or blueberries
1/2 frozen banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp fresh ginger grated (optional but gives it a kick!)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Pour all the ingredients in a blender and blend. It will be thick! Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
Top with any or all of these:
bee pollen
unsweetened shredded coconut
raw pumpkin seeds
more fresh/frozen blueberries
walnuts
