Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Freeze and blend your fresh berries and add all the fun toppings.

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 2/3 cup frozen cauliflower pre-riced

  • 2/3 cup frozen or blueberries

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger grated (optional but gives it a kick!)

    1 scoop vanilla protein powder

    Pour all the ingredients in a blender and blend. It will be thick! Pour the smoothie into a bowl.

Top with any or all of these:

  • bee pollen

  • unsweetened shredded coconut

  • raw pumpkin seeds

  • more fresh/frozen blueberries

  • walnuts
